Emmaus COM is an international Christian association founded by Father Baldo Alagna. We are a missionary family rooted in the Culture of Pentecost and in the current of grace of the Charismatic Renewal.
Through fellowship, formation and accompaniment, we help Christ’s disciples grow both humanly and spiritually, discern their vocation more clearly, and become joyful, consistent and credible witnesses to the Gospel.
Our journey brings together charismatic prayer, theological research and dialogue with the human sciences and neuroscience, in the service of personal and missionary transformation.
Our simplicity: “from sadness to Joy”
In the Gospel according to Luke, chapter 24, two disciples leave Jerusalem after the death of Jesus. They walk on, sad, disappointed and confused. The Risen Lord draws near, walks beside them, listens to their suffering and opens the Scriptures to them.
When they recognize Jesus in the breaking of the bread, their outlook changes and they realize that their hearts had already been burning while He spoke to them on the road. They then rise and immediately return to Jerusalem to proclaim the Good News.
“Were not our hearts burning within us while He talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?” Luke 24:32
This journey inspires the entire mission of Emmaus COM: moving from sadness to Joy, from isolation to communion, from discouragement to hope, and from confusion to mission.
A family that accompanies and equips
Emmaus COM, an association governed by the French Law of 1901, organizes evangelization events, fraternal gatherings, masterclasses and formation programmes.
With the help of theologians, preachers, coaches, witnesses, and brothers and sisters who are mature in faith, we offer personal and missionary accompaniment to help each person welcome inspiration and take their place in the mission.

No longer walking alone, but finding a fellowship capable of listening, supporting and encouraging. Getting to know yourself better, deepening your faith, discerning your charisms and developing your human and missionary abilities.

Emmaus COM also welcomes those who feel isolated, weary or wounded, and whose dreams may sometimes seem broken. We believe that the Lord can restore hope, strength and joy to each person so that they can move forward.
